RCMP seeking public’s help following break and enter

The Saint-Léonard RCMP is seeking the public's help to identify a person of interest following a break and enter in Tilley, N.B.

The break and enter is believed to have occurred on August 30, 2022, between 3 p.m. and 3:15 p.m., at a residence on Dorsey Road in Tilley. An individual forcefully gained entry through the front door of the residence, but was deterred by an alarm and fled the scene. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the incident, and nothing was stolen.

The person of interest is described a man with a short and thin build. He was wearing blue jeans, a light blue t-shirt, red gloves, and a bandana around his face at the time of the incident. A photo is not available at this time.

Anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and witnessed suspicious activity, or who has information that could help further the investigation is asked to contact the Saint-Léonard RCMP at 506-473-3137.
